Classes

Inner Strength
Inner strength has function and flow in all different moves; to stimulate balance, core stability and flexibility. The focus is also to get centered and relaxed. Length between 30-60 minutes. The class is great to combine with cardio classes as for example Afro Power Dance, article in teh swedish magazine TARA in october 2009. 

Core Control

A core workout with focus on strength, balance and control. The class has been a success at IKSU sport and has approximately 600 participants every week at the club. A class for everyone with different levels in the exercises. Length 30 minutes.

Afro Power Dance
Afropowerdance is the perfect mix between workout and dance! Big liberate and powerful movements with a low centre of gravity, repeated over and over give a wonderful feeling of flow and on the same time a really tough training session. Length 30-60 minutes. This class has been developed by Cecilia Gustafsson, Holistic training (www.holistictraining.se)

Yoga Shakti
A creative yoga class for your body and mind. Inspired by Global Yoga by Johanna Andersson, www.jira.se

Dance step
In this step class focus is energy and dance. Great flow in the breakdown of the combinations and moves that work with the music. Just dance it!

Aerobic Dance
An aerobic dance class with more complex combinations that still gives the participants the opportunity to let go and dance the way they want and feel.

Energy Moves
A simple dance class where we build up the moves from simple low-impact to nice and smooth dance moves. Feel the energy in the music and just dance!

Funk energy
Do you think hip/hop sounds difficult? Here is a class for all levels, just find your own dance style and have a lot of fun.

Aerobic Power
A high/low impact aerobic class where we combine cardio routines with strenght. Get your heart pumpin´ and feel the energy.

Step Power
Break a sweat in this high intensity step class with easy to follow moves combined with strenght.

Forza
Powerstrike forza is Italian for "strenght and power". Ilaria Montagnani developed this samurai sword training in 1995 and using a fitness sword precise striking movements shape upper and lower body while building strenght.

BODYCOMBAT™
BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. By Les Mills.
